These terms govern access to and use of Patas Biz Suite, a cloud-based business operations platform for Sri Lankan businesses. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Patas Biz Suite provides tools such as point-of-sale, inventory, billing, customer, supplier, staff, reporting, QR, booking, and related business workflows. Features may vary by plan, module, add-on, device, and configuration.

Accounts and responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and ensure that your organisation and staff use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the accuracy of catalogues, prices, taxes, staff permissions, business records, and transactions entered into your workspace.

Payments and billing

Fees, billing periods, taxes, and included features are those shown or agreed at the time of purchase. You authorise us or our payment provider to collect applicable charges. We may suspend paid features for overdue or disputed amounts after reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe rights, or use it to process transactions that violate applicable law or payment-provider rules.

Business data and intellectual property

You retain rights in the business data you submit. You grant us permission to host and process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. The platform, software, branding, and documentation belong to Patas or its licensors.

Availability and limitations

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Patas is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made solely from reports or data entered by users.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious breach, fraud, security risk, non-payment, or legal reasons. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law and contact
